Compare iPhone 5s, 5c with iPhone 5 & 10 reasons why not to BUY iPhone 5s & iPhone 5c

1.Screen

Both iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s has exact same dimension when it comes to screen size and body weight, However iPhone 5c has a negligible change, obviously to fit in the plastic casing.

2.Body and Casing

No Eye popping change in either of the models launched, unless you are a big fan of colorful plastic phones randomly available in the market. Still the touch of gold and silver to iPhone 5s seems quite a delight, still not alluring enough to buy

iPhone 5s

Again with signature Metal Edges.

iPhone 5c

3. Display

SPOT THE DIFFERENCE is the game I played a lot in my childhood, and here it comes again,
alas this time I couldn't find any difference in the last three models

4. Camera
Many prospective buyers were expecting the new iPhone camera will certainly be of 13 mp if not more to meet the market standard release of Samsung and Sony Smart Phone cameras, however with the same 8 mp camera the only feature that's appealing in iPhone 5s is the burst mode, still not appealing enough for a snatch

iPhone flash has always been under performing, hope the TRUE TONE flash might fill in that Dark Spots and gives a subtle Flash pictures enhancing the night photography

7. Power & Battery
An ounce of improvement in new iPhone 5s/c only helps to serve as an underlined feature instead of a USP, most of the iPhone users never see their battery hit below 20% mark , as it results in the hardest 120 seconds of our lives before a iPhone is ready to re-use again after a complete POWER OFF.

9. Sensors
The most Niche feature is here for iPhone 5s, providing a Finger Scan technology, proving the most advanced feature in any smart phone available so far, however the question remains
Do we really need a Fingerprint Scanner for our Phones ???

Finally With release of iOS 7 for other iPhone models there will be a Negligible difference in the newly released iPhone 5s/c . Not meeting the expectations of the market demand.

How to reach Phi Phi Dom, Phuket

After getting strangled at the Phuket airport as to no way to reach the town : hitch-hiking with a Canadian Sailor and he taking me to his hotel for shelter at mid-night in Chalang Bay :: brushing shoulders with Humans right from Australia to Alaska :: sailing from dusk to dawn :: diving without any gear in the deep sea and almost drowning to death : getting stung on face by tons of cute little colorful Jelly Fish :: dancing all night in the half-moon progressive beach party : spending the Valentines Day, Rock-Climbing on the most insane trails of 130 ft of limestone caves to get the best panoramic view of the Paradise Island after being bruised at knees and elbows to bleed the red happiness :: visiting THE PLACE where it's meant to be >>
THIS IS HOW IT FEELS ::: Blessed !!

1. Reaching Phuket

There are various connecting flights either from Bangkok or from Singapore,
and for those who like to have a road trip may Drive from Bangkok or may hop on to a Bus from Bangkok to Phuket.

I took my flight from Singapore and reached Phuket at around 2145 hours, Phuket airport is confined in a small building, looks more like a Concrete structure standing in the solitude of nature. Understanding that I have missed my last bus at 2000 hrs, I did not intend to spend my just converted THB(Thai baht) on private vehicles charging an exorbitant amount THB 800 when compared to that of local bus service THB 80, so I wait outside the airport in dismay.. Lots of Local van driver's howling and snatching customers to fill in their Vehicles heading to the city. As I open my bag-pack to unfold my sleeping bag to spend my night inside the airport building I see a young guy on a Moped dropping off his friend waving and hugging .. he wasn't even done with his send off I interrupted him with my ridiculous request of pillion on his moped into the city , he certainly didn't refuse, however continued his good words with his friend who was departing Phuket!

It took us around 65 minutes to reach the city on two wheels running at an average speed of 45kmph, however " Safety is the key" as he speaks, Ben, explaining to me his current affair with this beautiful town and the wonderful Thai Bay which he often dives, he being a Cave Diver from Canada, at 24 he looked older to his said age. Too much sea minerals I Guess .

It was past midnight and the city had a vivid calmness as we ride through various lanes to get me a hotel room, however after few tries failed Ben finally suggests to drop to his hotel which is 2 kms away at Chalong bay where I spent my night in a Shabby Room, certainly value for money only at THB 400 it was quite a bargain.

2.Reaching Phi Phi Dom

The morning came with a surprise as I open my eyes to a beautiful Mighty Buddha Statue also known as "BIG BUDDHA". A Holistically huge Sitting Buddha covering cliff of the Mountain which is seen all around the Ocean as I take my ferry from Phuket's Rassada Pier to Phi Phi Dom , setting back THB 800 for a return journey.

I enjoy the 1hrs 30min Voyage clicking snaps and enjoying the sun & sea, my face tasting like a crab at the end of the voyage, certainly sun bathers occupied the top half of the steamer, and few left overs like me, instead of sitting inside an Air Conditioned comfort seat, prefer to climb on the stairs and hang with the anchor roller until some one ask to GTFO.. " No one did "

Places to See in Mcleodganj Dharamshala India

The most memorable experience of my Journey was when the temperature dropped to almost zero degree and I woke up at 0400 hours due to extreme Cold temperature and no heating facility besides my jacket and socks , as I woke up to the dark night, in an instant decided to capture the Himalayan Sunrise on my Camera
Hiking the Himalayas between the Prayer flags

I was waiting in my hotel lobby to feel safe to move out and see something across the narrow streets, however to my surprise there were monks dressed in traditional red gown with handy prayer wheels and chants on there lips heading towards the " Tsuglag Khang "or better known as Dalai Lama Temple, due to extreme FOG the streets weren't  visible to my lame eyes hence I followed the Monks towards the Mountain and got the Best Shots to cherish for life.

Prayer wheels, has the MANTRAS engraved on each wheel and as per the Buddhist Belief, one must rotate the wheel to let the Mantras flow in the air, quite an effective way of chanting prayers.

"Om Mani Padme Hum" the basic of all Mantras is engraved on the prayer wheels, prayer flags and even on random stones as you walk pass the Monestary giving a sense of Holiness and Divine ethnicity as the simple harmony and the rich values which people here follow.

St.John's Church built in 1862 - was one of the most dramatic places I have ever been to, there was so much of history going on in here at once, though the church was closed I sneaked in after bribing the Care taker and felt the presence of English culture in India with pure sense of great monumental architecture.

Top Ten Tips to Travel on a Limited Budget to Dharamshala India.

The train Journey is of two days, wandering in and around five Mainland states of Central India.Starting from Bombay destined to Jammu. Alighting station Pathankot in Himachal Pradesh.

My first bag-pack trip, no one just me, borrowed camera and a dead cell-phone, I was very sceptical to remove the indigenous expensive stuffs in train however people around me were so friendly that before we could even cross Rajasthan (Second State) I had already shared all the stuffs from my bag pack.
Funny!Not Recommended !!

I am on a Limited budget and excited to make this Journey for the lifetime. So here's my list of Top Ten things I did to Travel on Limited Budget
  1. Downloaded Maps " IMAGES" if you do not have a local  reception, this suffice the need to Hire a Guide to go Hiking or Trekking off the Himalayas .
  2. Slip in the Budget hotels around $20 - $50 a night, bargain and have a long term deal of 15-20 days, not equipped with best amenities however better than sharing bunk beds .
  3. Have Many pairs of Clothes so Laundry Spending is saved.
  4. Hire a Bike for the entire term of stay. Just $10 a day, this ensure we cover more places from single point of stay without having to waste time waiting for Local transportation. Ride Safe !!
  5. Make friends with locals ensures Stay, Transport at times even Meals are presented as a friendly gesture as Indian Tradition of "Athithi Devo Bhava " literally translates for Guest is God. Time to blend in share a smile and a good story.
  6. For Long term stay of around 4-6 months in the vicinity Kindly contact the local authority, many schools supporting Tibetians look for Volunteers to take up basic teaching in Schools, Stay along with basic sum of Rupees is given as a token of appreciation.
  7. Bars and Pubs in Macleodganj  have friendly Poetry Singing and playing musical Instruments, participate in these activities to get some greater glimpse of the Tourist Culture.
  8. Walking is the best source of sight-seeing, hiring cabs or private vehicles is a waste of a Dime.
  9. Rechargeable batteries and Memory cards with higher capacity for electronic equipments is a must, be it for Cameras or Torch Lights.
  10. Finally as we say Take nothing but photographs and Leave nothing but Foot Prints, Contribute to the Culture and Surrounding by not disturbing the harmony.

P.S : This may not be the conventional way to travel but who cares when you are all alone and no one to ask or answer to
Live it Strong.

My First Travel Diary. Himalayas - The Crown of Planet Earth .

My name is Rahul Sharma, at 23 years of my age I am a Financial Advisor, after the long two years of my Post graduation degree in Finance and completing Chartered Financial Analysis, at the end of the road I see myself caught up in this bubble of recession, that's when I thought of Experimenting with my other sense's than just working on Calculators and checking daily slopping market conditions. This is the month of January'09, My First travel Journey all by myself to the Land of Gods India Himachal Pradesh on my Quest to meet His Holiness Dalai Lama.

The trip to Himachal Pradesh occurred after reading the book based on the
"True Adventure of Michael Palin to Himalayas" , and his interview with
His holiness Dalai Lama the 14th - Tensin Gyatso" .

My Loving Uncle who is a frequent visitor to this Place named Dharamshala - McleodGanj, booked my train tickets from Bombay. And the adventure of the entire Journey had already begun as he only booked one sided ticket. Hence I travelled without a return ticket or a fixed date to be back and the whole idea was to return when I Am bankrupt " Literally"
